Entry-Level Construction Project Coordinator
We are a reputable construction company based in Lisbon, seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the construction manager in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Prepare project schedules, budgets and progress reports
- Monitor and track project milestones and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
