Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will oversee the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions to meet their requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed plans, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, and managing project budgets. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in commercial or residential projects. You must also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. A thorough knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD is also required.

This position is based in Multan, Pakistan, and the salary offered is 1400$. Please note that this is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid work visa for Pakistan.
