Restaurant Manager - Gujrat, India


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gujrat, India. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
- Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of financial reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month with accommodation provided.
