Nurse Supervisor



We are currently hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff in our healthcare facility. Your main tasks will include supervising daily operations, ensuring quality patient care, and providing support and guidance to the nursing team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily nursing activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Train and mentor new nursing staff
- Create work schedules and assign duties to nursing team members
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in performance evaluations of nursing staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer applications related to healthcare documentation

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan (but open to candidates from any nationality)
