Unity Game Developer

As a Unity Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing games using the Unity game engine. You will collaborate with a team of artists, programmers, and designers to bring creative ideas to life. Your role will involve developing game mechanics, coding in C#, and debugging and optimizing code for performance. You will also be responsible for integrating assets, animations, and visual effects into the game.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with artists, programmers, and designers to develop high-quality games using Unity
- Design and implement game mechanics and features using C#
- Debug and optimize code for performance
- Integrate art assets, animations, and visual effects into the game
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and improve existing projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game development
- Ensure games meet technical requirements for various platforms

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Unity Game Developer
- Proficient in C# programming language
- Strong understanding of game development principles and techniques
- Experience with debugging and optimizing code for performance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience developing mobile games for iOS or Android platforms
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with biometric passports or other security technology is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Funchal, Portugal (open to remote work options)
