Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ar-Ruwais


We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products and promotions in an appealing manner
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to company standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure proper product placement based on sales data
- Continuously monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, market trends, and competitor activities
- Train new employees on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency throughout the store

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or a related field
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, market trends, and competitor activities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the buying team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred qualifications:
- Biometric passport or valid residency permit for non-nationals
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Experience working with students or prior experience as a student yourself
