Entry Level Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, purchasing, and display of products in our store. Your main duties will include coordinating with suppliers, analyzing sales data, and creating attractive product displays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those looking to enter the merchandising field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions based on sales data
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Negotiate pricing and promotions with suppliers to maximize profits
- Train and supervise junior merchandising staff, if applicable

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month, negotiable based on experience.

Location: Ar-Ruwais, United Arab Emirates.
