Our industrial alpinism company in Ufa is seeking experienced and skilled alpinists for contract work. As an industrial alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at height, such as cleaning, painting, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures and buildings. No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training and safety protocols. This is an urgent position with the potential for long-term employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks at height using ropes and other equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Conduct inspections of equipment and structures before beginning work
- Perform cleaning, painting, maintenance, and repair tasks as directed
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Prior experience in industrial alpinism or rope access is preferred but not required

Salary: Starting salary of $900 per month with potential for higher pay based on performance.
