Personal Fitness Trainer

As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized exercise and nutrition plans for clients based on their specific fitness goals. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their desired results through one-on-one training sessions and ongoing support. Your main duties will include conducting fitness assessments, creating customized workout plans, demonstrating exercises, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on proper form and technique. Additionally, you will also be responsible for promoting our services to potential clients and maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of various exercise techniques and nutrition principles. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients of all ages and fitness levels. A certification in personal training or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position is based in Siauliai, a vibrant city in Lithuania known for its beautiful parks, historical sites, and cultural events. While English proficiency is not required for this job, fluency in Lithuanian would be beneficial as most of our clients are local.
