We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project.
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that all building codes and regulations are being followed.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other professionals effectively.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position that requires a valid biometric passport.
