Senior Architect - Eschen, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects from concept to completion. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent design abilities, and exceptional project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts in line with client requirements and project goals.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather information for project planning.
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and feasibility of designs.
- Monitor project progress, budget, schedule, and quality to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalee language is preferred).
- Experience working on international projects is an advantage.

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is based in Eschen, Liechtenstein. The city offers a vibrant community with modern amenities while also being close to nature with stunning mountain views.
