IT Manager



We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, setting and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems.
- Evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $1000 per month (depending on experience)

Location: Chelyabinsk (remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates)

Preference: Nepali candidates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
