IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This position is based in Chelyabinsk, Russia and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the needs of the organization
- Manage and monitor all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Oversee the procurement of new hardware and software, as well as maintenance of existing equipment
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proficient in a variety of operating systems, networks, programming languages, databases, etc.
- Strong understanding of security principles and experience implementing security measures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1400 per month. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
