Solar Panel Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Ufa. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted systems according to safety and quality standards
- Perform electrical wiring and connection for solar panel systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal panel placement and system design
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Panel Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques, electrical wiring, and basic construction principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Must have own transportation
