We are a healthcare facility in Siauliai seeking a compassionate and dedicated Indian Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our patients, assisting with daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedule
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the nursing staff

- Create a comfortable and safe environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Fluent in English is preferred but not required
