Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As the construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are being met
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and budget updates
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a construction manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Biometric passport (preferred)
