Construction Project Manager
Location: Washington, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Washington. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, scheduling and budgeting, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali speaking is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proven track record of successful project completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Freshers with relevant education may also be considered

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Contract Period:
This is a contract job for the duration of the construction project. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
