Sales Manager - Karachi, Pakistan
A renowned company in Karachi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback to improve results
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Must be fluent in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus)
