Sales Manager - Lahore, Pakistan
We are a leading company in the sales industry, seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure targets are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance for cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales management role is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time in Lahore, Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
