Concierge Specialist (Abu Dhabi)


As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents in Abu Dhabi. Your main duties will include assisting with reservations and bookings, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and addressing any guest concerns or inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations and bookings for guests as needed
- Handle any guest concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor guest requests through various channels (phone, email, etc.) and ensure timely response
- Keep track of guest preferences to provide personalized service during their stay
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with a customer-oriented approach

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
