Part-Time Office Assistant (Isa Town, Bahrain)


We are seeking a reliable and organized individual for the position of Part-Time Office Assistant in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Filing and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, 3 days a week (8 hours per day), with a total of 24 hours per week. The working days can be flexible based on your availability.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Please note:
This job does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Bahrain.
