Office Assistant

We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Moscow. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, managing schedules, organizing files and documents, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This is a contract job that does not require previous experience or English proficiency, making it a great opportunity for freshers or Indians looking for work in Moscow.
