Indian Administrator in Sharjah
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries from clients and colleagues
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handle billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assist with recruitment processes by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Requirements:
- Indian nationality living in Sharjah preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1700$ per month
This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
