We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Your role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
