Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Canada. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet industry standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and knowledge of building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with contractors, engineers, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans using CAD software for construction purposes
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Obtain necessary permits from local authorities
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Make adjustments to designs as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Review contractor bids for accuracy
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
