An established tutoring company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong command of the English language. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Create engaging learning materials and activities
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of English teaching

Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English, education, or related field
- Prior experience tutoring or teaching English to non-native speakers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

Preferred:
- Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA)
- Experience living or working abroad
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus but not required
