Seasonal Concierge in Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are currently seeking a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, local area and attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, events or transportation upon request
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of local area and attractions
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary for this seasonal position is 1200$. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
Working Hours:
This is a seasonal job with flexible working hours. Shifts may include weekends and holidays.
