Concierge Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Eschen. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, local area, and attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, events, and other services as requested by guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Arrange transportation for guests to and from the airport or other locations
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Eschen
