Part-Time Sales Manager

Location: Gujrat, Pakistan

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on experience and qualifications)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through regular communication and meetings
- Meet sales targets by promoting products/services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role (experience in the industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Availability to work part-time hours (flexible schedule)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
