Facade Installer


As a Facade Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades in Faro. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create functional and visually appealing facades. You will work closely with architects and construction teams to ensure that the facades are installed correctly and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install building facades according to architectural plans and specifications
- Work with a variety of materials, including glass, metal, and stone
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific designs
- Ensure proper sealing and insulation to prevent water damage or air leaks
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedule
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical training or certification is a plus)
- Experience in facade installation is preferred but not required (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of construction principles and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Own visa/permit to work in Faro (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional compensation may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Faro or have their own visa/permit. However, we are open to considering candidates who require assistance in obtaining a visa/permit if they possess the necessary qualifications.
