We are in search of a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate maps and reports for various construction projects. You will also be required to analyze data and provide recommendations based on your findings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit to work outdoors and in challenging terrain
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and construction layout
- Prepare accurate maps using CAD software or hand-drawn methods
- Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all survey data collected
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members regarding survey findings
- Maintain all survey equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety regulations while working on various job sites
- Keep accurate records of all survey activities
