Land Surveyor - Nizwa, Oman (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with a minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month and does not include accommodation.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps, and collect data for construction projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing detailed reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use various surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data
- Create maps and layouts using computer-aided design software
- Analyze collected data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and buildings
- Ensure all work is done according to relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
