Junior Architectural Technologist


We are hiring a Junior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Vianden. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting senior architects and designers in creating technical drawings and models for various construction projects. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of drawings
- Conduct site visits and assist in measuring existing buildings or sites
- Research building materials and products to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience working as an architectural technologist (internship experience will also be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sustainability principles is an asset

Salary: $1000 per month

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company for the first 6 months. After that, employees are expected to find their own accommodation.
