Architectural Technologist in Vianden, Luxembourg


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for collaborating with architects and engineers to develop and produce technical drawings and plans for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for building projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create accurate technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist in the preparation of design proposals
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in design plans
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and budget constraints
- Provide technical support throughout the construction process, including responding to RFI's and reviewing shop drawings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience.
