Architectural Designer
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg


We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, from concept to completion. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the client's requirements and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients for review and approval
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Make necessary changes or adjustments based on client feedback
- Adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Excellent design skills
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Preferred:
-Nationality: Malayalee or Foreigner with English proficiency
-Relevant experience working in Luxembourg is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees. We also offer visa sponsorship for foreign candidates.
