Industrial Alpinist



As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks and operations at great heights, such as construction, maintenance, and repair work on structures like bridges, towers, and buildings. Your main role will be to use specialized climbing equipment and techniques to access hard-to-reach areas safely. This is a physically demanding job that requires strength, endurance, and agility.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting safety checks and risk assessments before starting any work
- Setting up ropes and rigging systems for safe access to work areas
- Using specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks such as painting, welding, or cleaning
- Inspecting structures for damage or defects while working at heights
- Installing safety netting or scaffolding when necessary
- Communicating with team members using hand signals or radio communication
- Following all safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

- A valid biometric passport.
- Physically fit with good endurance and strength.
- Comfortable working at great heights in various weather conditions.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Prior experience in industrial alpinism preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis.
- Indian nationality preferred (not a strict requirement).
- Students looking for part-time work are welcome.

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with the potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in the city of Shan. Accommodation will be provided.
