Office Assistant - Filipino
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team in Al Buraymi. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also be required to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle any other general office tasks as needed.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office team members
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general office inquiries
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Filipino proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1100$ monthly salary with visa sponsorship provided. This is a full-time position.
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman (Filipino nationality preferred)
