- Create decorative finishes by adding textures or designs to the surface
- Repair cracks or damages on existing plaster surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in residential or commercial properties
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, scrapers, and hammers
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials, their properties, and application techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
