Junior Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects to assist in the design and development of commercial buildings. You will be responsible for creating detailed plans and drawings, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in commercial architecture preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing designs for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using AutoCAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process
- Stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.

Experience:
While previous experience in commercial architecture is preferred, we also welcome freshers who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
