A busy restaurant in Khanpur is seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced dining establishment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing dining areas for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately using the POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
