Indian Baker in Dickirch - Contract Position with Accommodation


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Dickirch on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional Indian recipes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to share their culture through food.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, including naan, roti, and paratha
- Make traditional Indian pastries such as samosas, kachoris, and gulab jamun
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure high quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise any assistant bakers or kitchen staff
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in an Indian bakery or restaurant
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (no French required)
- Valid work permit or own visa for Luxembourg (we can provide assistance if needed)
