Job Title: Floral Designer

We are a floral design company based in Chelyabinsk, seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your designs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their orders
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to clients' venues
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute large-scale events
- Stay updated on new trends, techniques, and styles in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (speaking Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed
