Solar Panel Installer

We are in search of a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols. This job requires physical labor, so the candidate must be physically fit and able to work at heights. This is a full-time position, with a salary of $1300 per month. The job is located in Washington, and preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems
- Connect panels to inverters and electrical systems
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper installation
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience installing solar panels
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington (preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Full-time, without accommodation
