Construction Manager for Projects in Mecca (Indian or Nepali Candidates Preferred)

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The main responsibility of this position will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects in Mecca
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is completed on schedule
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable)
Working hours: Full-time (6 days/week)

Nationality: Indian or Nepali preferred (other nationalities are also welcome to apply)
Language requirements: Fluency in English is not required but preferred.
Other requirements: Must have a valid biometric passport. This position is suitable for men only.
