Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire construction process of our projects in Mecca. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating the various aspects of construction such as budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and safety. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules
- Monitor and control project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues or delays
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Manage project resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project status
- Prepare progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Mecca. Preference will be given to Indian candidates. However, all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
