Hotel Sales Manager

We are a luxury hotel located in the picturesque city of Eschen, seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in driving revenue for hotels. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Analyze sales data and create reports for management
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, as well as opportunities for career growth within our expanding company. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
