Our fast-growing tech company in Karachi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and build scalable solutions that will drive innovation and business growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design innovative solutions
- Design and implement scalable systems for data processing, model training, and deployment
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different machine learning models
- Continuously research new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in machine learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability theory, linear algebra, and calculus
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with natural language processing and computer vision
- Publications in top-tier conferences or journals related to machine learning

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (accommodation provided)
