Our busy cafe in Faro is urgently seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, while also maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and more
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, using the correct brewing techniques, and maintaining consistency in all drinks
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment and keeping work areas stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers of different backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship for non-European candidates as well as a one-time ticket reimbursement. This is an urgent hiring opportunity so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
