Information Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Almada. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's data and information systems from potential threats and cyber attacks. You will work closely with our IT department to implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and develop policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, as well as experience with security tools and technologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or potential threats
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure secure system configurations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM
