Hotel Sales Manager

A reputable hotel in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain existing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in Sharjah or surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: 1500$ (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Sharjah (Malayalees preferred)
